Welcome to Lynda's Yoga Break! I am Lynda and I would love to share yoga's myriad benefits with you.
Whether you are brand-new to yoga or have been practicing for decades, my classes are built to fit your needs. All movements and poses I teach and practice are purposeful, safe, and grounded in a deep understanding of anatomy.
As a senior myself, I am fully aware of the need to keep moving a little more each year, and not a little less.
I have taught students of all ages, from school-age children and teens to seniors and everyone in between. I teach a blend of Hatha Yoga styles and Yoga Tune Up® as well as breathing and meditation with deeply relaxing Savasanas.
Every unique class will:
• Be grounded in anatomy and biomechanics
• Incorporate unique YTU® poses and techniques
• Include conscious breathing exercises and guided meditation
Self-massage with Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls - roll away pain and discomfort.
